This is my second favorite Starbucks in the area of South City and Mid county.
First off, I believe all Starbucks are exceptionally decent. Never bad and never amazing.
So what's left?
I like this location because it's pretty large and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Additionally, it's staff is consistently friendly and efficient.
The watch out - in the morning there can be an absolutely rush of local middle and high school kids. It's actually amazing to see how fast they serve all of them. But beware, it may be a little hectic and longer wait than expected. -

Ok, if any of you know me, you know I'm a HUGE Starbucks fan, 4 family members work for them... however...
I can't stand this location. I've been twice and they messed up twice.
First time I ordered the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and they gave me something different, no big deal, I let the barista know and she said "I gave you what you ordered" ok...ummmm...WHAT? I know this is not acceptable barista behavior and I said, no I'm not sure what this sandwich is, but I asked for the bacon Gouda. To which she responds, "no you didn't, I'll get you a different sandwich, but that's not what you ordered"
Shocked...
I mobile ordered today the spinach feta wrap and venti iced guava white tea w lemonade.
I went to pick up the order and I thought the drink didn't look it's normal pinky peach color, but, being in a hurry (why I mobile ordered)I grabbed and went. Well, of course it's wrong. It's lemonade and tea, no guava, and I'm thinking maybe it's not even the white tea...sigh...why make it at all if you're missing ingredients??
Then when I grabbed it the barista trying to have customer connection calls me Sasha, ok...not my name, but, who cares, she's trying?
This location while being in a super fancy area, super crappy service.
Come on Starbucks, get it together here. -

Beans taste burnt and lower quality than Kaldis. Plus your money goes to Seattle and not locally.

Just waited 15 minutes for an iced tea with 3 people in line waiting. Paul the barista had immense attitude when I asked about the wait. It was clear that they were only interested in the take out orders done online. Really don't care for the snarky attitude, slow wait times with more people working then in the store and lack of customer service.

I tried out this Starbucks last weekend on my way to an appointment at Saks. I ordered ahead since I had my baby with me and knew they didn't have a drive thru. This strip of businesses is always pretty busy so getting in and out of the parking lot can kind of be a pain especially lugging around a baby carrier. I waited at the pick up counter which they were a little slow making my mobile order. They don't greet you at all and didn't call out my drink they just put it out on the counter. I would probably only come back to this location if I'm in the area but without a drive thru and the hassle for not friendly service it's probably not really worth it.
